Fit Club UK is here to provide classes for all adult abilities, ages and desired personal outcomes in an environment which is highly motivational and where individuals enjoy what they are participating in, so it becomes a pleasurable routine rather than a chore.

- Cardio Run - Are you looking for a social jog/run? From a gentle jog to hill climbs to sprints to chatting whilst you run, there will be something to cater for all who are looking to achieve their personal goals.
- Cardio Spinbox - From spinning those pedals, straight into boxercise moves all in the same session - the total full body workout!
- Cardio Boxercise - From foot work, punching techniques, pad work to furious combinations-cardio mayhem.
- Cardio Blast FX - A pre-choreographed class that combines energetic moves to some of the latest tunes, giving the body a total workout.
- Cardio Strike - An aerobic based mixed martial arts session where you will be performing combinations from a variety of the different self-defence disciplines.
- Cardio Circuits - A circuit based class, incorporating a mixture of cardio, strength/endurance and flexibility stations.
- Cardio Aerobics - Aimed at increasing cardio capacity and strength for all abilities in an enjoyable and challenging workout to up beat music.
- Cardio Studio Cycling - This indoor cycling programme develops cardio capacity, increases lower body strength and incorporates a variety of intensities working to a selection of up beat music.
